医療・福祉施設計画特論（Theory of Healthcare and Welfare Facilities）[2107]

＜授業のねらい及び具体的な到達目標＞

医療施設・福祉施設を整備する際の制度上、プロセス上、計画上の課題を理解し、創造的提案能力を獲得する。
Understand institutional, process and planning issues in building medical facilities / welfare facilities, and acquire creative proposal ability.

＜授業計画及び準備学習＞

1． 高齢者の身体特性
　　高齢者の身体特性を体験する。
　　高齢者体験キットを使って、高齢者の身体能力を体験する。（レポート1提出：次回講義冒頭）
　　準備学習：高齢者の身体能力について理解を深めておく。
2. 高齢者の身体能力
　　高齢化と身体能力の変化について理解を深める。（レポート2提出：次回講義冒頭）
　　準備学習：高齢化と身体能力の変化についての準備を進めておく。
3． 医療・福祉の制度と建築（１）
　　高齢者を中心とした医療・福祉・住宅を理解する。
　　グループに分かれてそれぞれのテーマについて調べてまとめる。
　　準備学習：医療制度、介護制度について調べておく。
4. 医療・福祉の制度と建築（２）
　　グループ毎に調べた内容をプレゼンテーションとしてまとめる。（レポート3提出：講義前）
　　医療・福祉の制度と建築について発表を行う。
　　準備学習：グループ毎にプレゼンテーションをまとめるための資料を整理する。
5．施設整備のプロセス(1)
　　病院整備計画の基本構想・基本計画・基本設計・実施設計・施工・維持管理の各段階における役割を理解する。また、施設整備の事業形態を理解する。（レポート4提出：次回講義冒頭）
　　準備学習：デザインアンドビルド方式について調べておく。
6．施設整備のプロセス(2)
　　設計者の選定方法を理解し、特に医療施設のプロポーザルコンペの特徴を理解する。
　　準備学習：プロポーザルコンペ方式の事例を一つまとめておく。
7．建設コストから考える施設整備
　　医療施設の施設整備に関わるコスト構造と空間の成長と変化から段階的施設整備について理解する。（レポート5提出：次回講義冒頭）
　　準備学習：建築のライフサイクルコストについて調べておく。
8．成長と変化から考える施設整備
　　病院の成長と変化に対応する建築的手法について整理し理解する。（レポート6提出：次回講義冒頭）
　　準備学習：病院の成長と変化に関する論説を集める。
9．病棟計画(1)
　　病棟の歴史、スタッフステーションの機能について理解する。
　　準備学習：病棟の事例を10事例集める。集めた病棟プランをスタッフステーションの位置から考えて整理する。（レポート7提出：講義前）
10．病棟計画(2)
　　看護単位の規模計画について理解する。
　　準備学習：前回集めた病棟プランを病床数の大きさで整理する。（レポート8提出：次回講義冒頭）
11．特別養護老人ホームの居室計画
　　特別養護老人ホームの居室計画に必要な要件を理解する。（レポート9提出：講義前）
　　準備学習：特別養護老人ホームの事例を10例集める。
12．特別養護老人ホームの事例分析(1)
　　前回集めた特別養護路老人ホームの計画案について理解を深めるために、ディスカッションを行う。
　　準備学習：前回集めた事例を理解しておく。
13．特別養護老人ホームの事例分析(2)
　　前々回集めた事例について肯定的立場、否定的立場の両面からの評価を発表する。（レポート10提出：講義前）
　　準備学習：前々回集めた事例の中から一つ選び出し、発表の準備を行う。

　　準備学習：前回までの総復習を行う。

3. Institution and architecture of medical and welfare (1)
Understand the medical, welfare and housing centered on the elderly.
Grouped and examined about each theme and summarized.
Preparatory learning: Study about medical care system, nursing care system.
4. Medical / Welfare Systems and Architecture (2)
Summarize contents examined for each group as a presentation. (Report 3 submission: before lecture)
Presentation on medical and welfare institutions and architecture.
Preparatory learning: Organize materials for group presentation.
Five. Facility maintenance process (1)
Understand the roles of the basic concept, basic plan, basic design, implementation design, construction, maintenance and maintenance of the hospital development plan. Also understand the business form of facility improvement. (Report 4 submission: the beginning of the next lecture)
Preparatory learning: Study on the design and build method.
6. Facility maintenance process (2)
Understand the designer 's selection method, especially understand the characteristics of proposal competition at medical facilities.
Preparatory learning: Let's summarize the cases of the proposal competition method.
7. Facility maintenance thought from construction cost
Understand the gradual facility development from the cost structure related to facility maintenance of medical facilities and the growth and change of space. (Report 5 submission: the beginning of the next lecture)
Preparatory learning: Learn about the building's life cycle cost.
8. Facilities development thought from growth and change
Organize and understand the architectural approach to hospital growth and change. (Report 6 submission: beginning of the next lecture)
Preparatory learning: Collect an editorial on hospital growth and change.
9. Ward planning (1)
Understand the history of the ward and the function of the staff station.
Preparatory learning: Collect 10 case examples of wards. Think of the collected ward plan from the position of the staff station and organize it. (Report 7 submission: before lecture)
Ten. Ward planning (2)
Understand the scale planning of nursing units.
Preparatory learning: Organize the ward plan collected last time by the size of the number of beds. (Report 8 submission: the beginning of the next lecture)
11. Living room planning of special nursing home for the elderly
Understand the requirements necessary for the living room planning of the special nursing home for the elderly. (Report 9 submission: before lecture)
Preparatory learning: Collect ten cases of special nursing home for the elderly.
12. Case analysis of special nursing home for the elderly (1)
Discussion will be held to deepen the understanding of the plan for the special nursing care nursing home collected last time.
Preparatory learning: Understand the case collected last time.
13. Case analysis of special nursing home for the elderly (2)
We will present an evaluation from both positive and negative standpoints about the case we collected last time. (Report 10 submission: before lecture)
Preparatory learning: Choose one of the cases collected last time and prepare for the presentation.

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

成績評価は，医療施設と福祉施設計画に関する計10回のレポートで評価する。
各回のレポートをそれぞれ10点満点で評価を行い、60点以上を合格とする。
Grade assessment is evaluated in a total of ten reports on medical facilities and welfare facility planning.
Evaluate each report with a score of 10 each. Passes over 60 points.

この講義は、医療施設および福祉施設を整備する際に必要となる専門的知識を獲得するとともに、他の施設整備において応用可能な考え方を獲得することを目的とした講義です。受け身の講義ではなく、院生とともに考える講義を行いますので積極的に意見を述べてください。授業において考えることを大切にする講義です。
This lecture is a lecture aimed at acquiring the expert knowledge necessary for developing medical facilities and welfare facilities and acquiring concepts applicable to other facilities development. I will do lectures to think with graduate students, not passive lectures, so please express your opinions positively. It is a lecture to value thinking in class.
