有機反応特論（Advanced Study on Organic Reaction）[2312]

＜授業のねらい及び具体的な到達目標＞

有機合成化学でしばしば用いられる、金属試薬を用いた反応について学ぶ。講義で取り上げた反応について、有機電子論の矢印を用いた反応機構を書けるようにする。また、いくつかの重要な複素環合成法についても取り上げる。
This course is designed to provide a basic understanding of organometallic chemistry. The purpose of this course is to learn how to draw reasonable mechanisms for organometallic chemistry. Further, in adition to organometallic chemistry, some synthetic methodology of heterocyclic compounds are included.

＜授業計画及び準備学習＞

第１回：有機金属化学反応の基礎について学ぶ（18電子則、金属の形式酸化数、配位子の電子供与）
第２回：パラジウムを利用した反応（鈴木カップリング、Heck反応）
第３回：パラジウムを利用した反応（根岸反応、Stilleカップリング）
第４回：パラジウムを利用した反応（薗頭反応、辻―Trost反応）
第５回：パラジウムを利用した反応（Wacker酸化）
第６回：ルテニウムを利用した反応（メタセシス、不斉水素化）
第７回：ニッケルを利用した反応（NHKカップリングとその応用例）
第８回：銅を利用した反応
第９回：複素環の分類について
第１０回：インドールの合成法
第１１回：ピロールの合成法
第１２回：その他の複素環の合成法
第１３回：学習成果の確認（試験）と講評
第１４回：振り返り

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

規定回数以上出席しないと評価しない。
定期試験は、講義内で提示した反応機構を理解したうえで、暗記する。反応機構を書くテスト問題において、６０点以上で単位を認める。
I expect you to come every class on time. You are allowed four absences during the course, which you should save for illness and emergencies that prevent you from attending class.
To pass, you must earn at least 60 points out of 100 at term-end examination.
