知財マネジメント特論（Advanced Intellectual Property Management）[1403]

＜授業のねらい及び具体的な到達目標＞

知的財産権（特許・実用新案・意匠・商標・不正競争防止法・著作権等）の保護強化、保護要件、取得手続き、保護等に関する基礎的な内容を理解する。
知的財産マネージャーの立場として、知的財産権が企業経営に与える影響、知的財産経営等について、具体的な事例や判例を分析しながら理解する。
To introduce basic substantive requirements and procedures for obtaining, maintaining and enforcing intellectual property(IP) rights, such as patents, utility patents, design patents, trademarks, copyrights, and unfair competitions.
Understanding effects of IP rights and IP managements from the position of IP manager through analyzing specific cases .
