＜授業のねらい及び具体的な到達目標＞

　Aim and Specific goals
実際の企業現場で研鑽を積むことによって，産業界のニーズに応えるマネジメント力，コミュニケーション力，創造力などの人間力を備えた人材を育成することを目的としている。
　インターンシップにより，大学院におけるアカデミックな教育研究による経験と実際の企業現場における就業経験との違いを認識し，研究内容や自分自身の行動規範を見つめ直すきっかけになることを期待している。また，インターンシップにより，技術経営，知財，マネジメントなどに対する実践能力やオペレーション能力を高めることができ，社会的責務を果たすこと，そして技術者倫理を身につけることの大切さを経験的に身につけた人材の育成ができる。
The objective of this course is to develop human resources who possess management skill, communication skill and creativity through the internship in the corporation. Those abilities are required to be active in the corporation after graduation.
It is expected that students reconsider their researches and a code of conduct, and recognize the difference between academia and company through the experience in the corporation. Through internship students can improve their ability about management of technology, patent practical ability and processing capacity. Furthermore, this course can develop engineers and researchers who fulfill their social responsibility and possess engineering ethics.

＜授業計画及び準備学習＞

4月　事前説明会
　8月〜9月の夏季休暇期間を中心にインターンシップ(2週間以上)
11月　事後研修
12月　成果発表会
Subjects in the course:
April: orientation meeting prior to internship
August〜September: Internship (more than two weeks)
November: training after finishing internship
December: presentation of results of internship

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

Evaluation
受入先企業からの報告書，業務日誌，成果発表会での発表内容により評価する。
「システムデザインプログラム」の学習・教育目標(B)，（E）は，本科目およびこの目標に対応する修了に必要な他の該当科目をすべて習得することにより達成される。
Students are evaluated by final report, business dairy and presentation of results of internship.
