☆品質・セキュリティ管理特論（Quality and Security Management）[2306]

＜授業のねらい及び具体的な到達目標＞

企業活動におけるリスク全体を広義の品質・セキュリティととらえ、その種類とリスク回避方法について学ぶ。合わせて、ビッグデータを用いた企業活動におけるデータ分析システムやクラウドシステム、組み込みシステムなどの構成技術を概説する。
This is a graduate-level product quality and security course. This class provides the whole risks in the company activity as quality and risk workaround. It is also given an outline about constitution technology such as a data analysis system and a cloud system in the company activity using big data, the embedded system in total.

（１）製品企画や事業運営に潜むリスクに関する理解力を養う。
（２）企業情報システム、クラウド、組み込みシステムなどにおける、信頼性確保のためのテスト方法やセキュリティ設計方針を身につける。
On completion of this course, the student should be able to:
(1)understand about the risk to hide behind in a product plan and business administration.
(2)overlook into the the security design and testing method for the company information systems, cloud systems and embedded systems.

＜授業計画及び準備学習＞

１．ガイダンス
製品企画と市場要求の不一致。マーケティングから制作、販売に至るまでの活動における情報管理、リスク管理の重要性を学ぶ

２．マーケティングと商品企画
　具体的な商材とビジネスを想定し、マーケットニーズを反映した商品の企画・設計の問題点と解決方法について学ぶ

３．IT活用による事業計画立案
　多変量解析をベースにアンケートや動向分析に基づく事業計画、戦略の立案法を学ぶ

４．QFDによる設計項目決定
　QFDを用いて前回想定した商材の設計項目を決定する。

５．品質の作り込み
　設計検証方法、ロバスト設計法、MT法等の基礎を学び、具体的な設計開発計画を立案できる力を養う

６．ビジネスモデル設計
　ビジネスモデルのパターンとテンプレートを学び、想定事業のビジネスモデルを具体化する

７．ビジネス戦略とリスク対応
　ビジネスフレームワークを体系的に学び、その戦略的活用を実践的に学ぶ　

８.企業ITシステム
　社会インフラから一般企業まで、多様なITシステムの実例を学び、活用法とリスクの関係を学ぶ

９.事業継続マネージメント
　事業継続を危機にさらす要因とその対策方法をBCP(Business Continuity Plan)とBIA(Busines Analysis Impact)を検討する形で学ぶ

10.個人情報とプライバシー
　個人情報とプライバシーの違いと法令で守られる範囲、守られない範囲を明確にすることで実務として管理しなければならない事項を学ぶ

11.SOX法による内部統制
　SOX法の背景と現在の会社法から内部統制の必要性と仕組みIT統制フレームワークであるCOBITを通してを学ぶ

12.企業セキュリティと国際標準
　企業セキュリティに関係する国際標準(ISO17799,ISO15408)等をとおして、企業内にセキュリティを文化として定着させる方法を学ぶ

13.事業計画構成法
　ここまで学習した企業リスクの低減、回避方法を具体的なビジネスプランとして作り上げる

14.振り返りと総復習
　学修内容と実務との対応を具体的にすることで、ビジネス品質の向上についての本質を学ぶ

Business framework and its strategic utilization

8.Enterprise IT system
Examples of a variety of IT systems and their utilization looking from social infrastructure companies

9.Business continuation and its management
Factors and the measures of business continuation learning from BCP(Business Continuity Plan) and BIA(Business Analysis Impact)

10. Personal information and privacy
Guideline about personal information and privacy, making difference clear between them

11. Internal control by the SOX
Company internal control , IT structure and its framework from the COBIT viewpoint

12. Company security and its standard
International standard (ISO17799, ISO15408) related to company security

13. Business plan making
Practice for the actual business plan

14. Review
Review of the course contents applying to the theme of the master's thesis

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

レポートと授業中の発表によって評価し、100点満点中60点以上を合格とする。理論的な理解と文書、発表による表現能力を評価する
Evaluation
Students must submit a report at the end of term about the methods provided in this course. The final evaluation would proceed by the grade of the report and activities during the course. 60 points of 100 would be a standard mark.
