都市再生特論（Theory of Urban Regeneration and Policies）[3605]

＜授業のねらい及び具体的な到達目標＞

都市再生に関わる国内外における過去から今日に至る状況を概略的、構図的に理解するため、受講者がテーマを自ら選び調査、発表を行う。それぞれの切り口から再生論を議論し考えることを通して、都市再生への理解を深めていくことを目指す。
In order to understand the situation from the past to the present in the domestic and overseas involved in urban revitalization in a schematic and compositional manner, students will select themes themselves and conduct surveys and presentations. We aim to deepen the understanding of urban regeneration by discussing and thinking about regeneration theory from each section.

以下に例示するテーマについて受講者による調査、発表を求め、それらを題材に議論することにより、理解を深めていく。

Ask students to conduct research and presentations on the subjects exemplified below, and discuss them with subjects to deepen their understanding.

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

授業における発表等及び学期末レポートにより評価する。発表等と学期末レポートの評価割合は、おおむね５：５とし、合計１００点満点のうち６０点以上を合格とする。

Presentation etc. in class and evaluation by end term report. Evaluation ratio of presentation etc. and end of term report is generally 5: 5, and more than 60 points out of 100 total points are accepted.
