医療施設・福祉施設を整備する際の制度上、プロセス上、計画上の課題を理解し、創造的提案能力を獲得する。
Understand institutional, process and planning issues in building medical facilities / welfare facilities, and acquire creative proposal ability.

1． 医療・福祉施設の制度と建築（１）：4/11
　　医療・福祉施設の制度を理解する。
　　準備学習：医療施設制度および医療保険制度について調べておく。
2. 医療・福祉施設の制度と建築（２）：4/18
医療・福祉施設の制度を理解する。
　　準備学習：福祉施設制度および介護保険制度について調べておく。
3. 医療・福祉施設の利用者：4/25
　　医療施設の入院患者・外来患者や介護施設の入所者や通所者の実態を理解し、施設の利用者に対する理解を深める。
　　準備学習：医療施設の入院患者・外来患者、介護施設の入所者・通所者の実態についていずれか一つを選択して調べておく。

11．特別養護老人ホームの居室計画：7/4
　　特別養護老人ホームの居室計画に必要な要件を理解する。
　　準備学習：特別養護老人ホームの事例を10例集める。
12．特別養護老人ホームの事例分析(1)：7/11
　　前回集めた特別養護路老人ホームの計画案について理解を深めるために、ディスカッションを行う。
　　準備学習：前回集めた事例を理解しておく。
13．特別養護老人ホームの事例分析(2)：7/18
　　前々回集めた事例について肯定的立場、否定的立場の両面からの評価を発表する。
　　準備学習：前々回集めた事例の中から一つ選び出し、発表の準備を行う。

Understand the actual condition of hospitalized patients and outpatients at medical facilities and residents and officials of nursing care facilities and deepen their understanding of facilities users.
Preparatory learning: Select either one of inpatient / outpatient in a medical facility, residents of a nursing home care facility, or residents of a nursing home.

Preparatory learning: Study the basic concept, basic plan, basic design, and purpose of implementation design

Preparatory Learning: We will summarize the cases of the proposal competition method.

Understand the gradual facility development from the cost structure related to facility maintenance of medical facilities and the growth and change of space.
Preparatory learning: Learn about the life cycle costs of buildings.
8. Ward planning (1): 6/13
Understand the historical transition of the ward.
Preparatory learning: Collect 10 cases of various plan type ward plans
9. Ward planning (2): 6/20
Understand the function of the staff station.
Preliminary study: Organize the ward plan collected last time, considering from the position of the staff station.
Ten. Ward planning (3): 6/27
Understand the scale planning of nursing units.
Preparatory learning: We arrange ward plans gathered last time by magnitude of the number of beds.
11. Living room planning of special nursing home for the elderly: 7/4
Understand the requirements necessary for living room planning of special nursing home for the elderly.
Preparatory learning: Collect ten cases of special nursing home for the elderly.
12. Case analysis of special nursing home for the elderly (1): 7/11
Discussion will be held to deepen the understanding of the plan for the special nursing care nursing home collected last time.
Preparatory learning: Understand the case collected last time.
13. Case analysis of special nursing home for the elderly (2): 7/18
We will present an evaluation from both positive and negative standpoints about the case we collected last time.
Preparatory learning: Choose one of the cases collected last time and prepare for the presentation.
14. Review of learning outcome: 8/1
Preparatory learning: Total review until last time.

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

成績評価は，医療施設と福祉施設計画に関する計2回のレポートで評価する。
各回のレポートをそれぞれ50点満点で評価を行い、60点以上を合格とする。
Grade assessment is evaluated in total of two reports on medical facilities and welfare facility planning.
Each report is evaluated with a score of 50 points each, and more than 60 points are passed.

この講義は、医療施設および福祉施設を整備する際に必要となる専門的知識を獲得するとともに、他の施設整備において応用可能な考え方を獲得することを目的とした講義です。受け身の講義ではなく、院生とともに考える講義を行いますので積極的に意見を述べてください。授業において考えることを大切にする講義です。
This lecture is a lecture aimed at acquiring the expert knowledge necessary for developing medical facilities and welfare facilities and acquiring concepts applicable to other facilities development. I will do lectures to think with graduate students, not passive lectures, so please express your opinions positively. It is a lecture to value thinking in class.
