＜授業のねらい及び具体的な到達目標＞

自然環境と近年発生した環境問題を概説し、ISO環境マネジメント規格、企業活動における取組み事例を示し、環境マネジメントシステムとその重要性を理解する。また、環境問題と建築との係わりを理解し、持続可能な社会への建築のあり方に関する考察力を取得する

Outline the natural environment and environmental issues that occurred in recent years, show ISO environmental management standards, examples of efforts in corporate activities, and understand the environmental management system and its importance. In addition, understand the relationship between environmental issues and buildings, and acquire the ability to think about the way of building to a sustainable society.

1.環境問題の歴史
人類発生以来の歴史と過去の各種環境問題を概説、未来を考察する。
1.History of environmental issues
Outline the history since human beings occurred and various environmental issues of the past and consider the future.

2.国際動向：
各種環境問題への対応策として、国際的な各種合意の背景と歴史を概説
2.International trends:
Outline of the background and history of various international consensus as a measure for various environmental issues.

3.地球環境問題とは１：
地球温暖化、オゾン層破壊など代表的な地球環境問題を概説する。

Outline of representative global environmental issues such as global warming and destruction of the ozone layer.

森林破壊、砂漠化、酸性雨など代表的な地球環境問題を概説する。

Outline of representative global environmental issues such as deforestation, desertification, and acid rain.

5.環境問題への企業の法対応と環境倫理：
各種環境問題への対応法規制の概要を説明し、企業活動への影響の歴史（４大公害訴訟）を概説、地球環境問題への対応から、倫理的な行動原理が追求され、原則が合意形成されている状況を概説
5.Corporate Law Response to Environmental Issues and Environmental Ethics:
Responding to various environmental issues, explain the outline of laws and regulations, outline the history of impact on corporate activities (four major pollution cases).
From the response to global environmental issues, outline the situation where ethical behavioral principles are pursued and principles are consensually formed.

企業の環境行動：企業の地域環境対応、環境保全活動の必要性、環境マネジメントの重要性を概説経団連地球環境憲章、業界団体の自主行動計画、CERES原則等を調査し、問題点を分析、EMSやLCA等の、環境マネジメント上有効な種々の手法を調査して分析、ISOの活動内容、そして環境マネジメント規格群の成立経緯を概説

Corporate Environmental Behavior: Outline the regional environmental response of the company, the necessity of environmental conservation activities, the importance of environmental management Charter of the Keidanren Global Environment, investigate voluntary action plans, CERES principles, etc. of industry groups and analyze problems, surveys and analyzes various methods effective for environmental management such as EMS and LCA, overview of ISO activities and outline the circumstances of establishment of environmental management standard group.

規格要求事項を解説し、環境監査、経営層の見直し、活用方策等を概説、システム立上げ手順を概説し、中核的作業となる環境側面の抽出作業を実体験、認証取得企業の取組み事例を調査し、戦略的活用方策の必要性を検討（建設業を例に）
7. Outline of environmental management 2:
Outline of standard requirements, environmental audits, review of management level, and outline the usage policy etc. Outline of the system start-up procedure, actual experience of extraction work on the environmental aspect which is the core work, investigation cases of the certification acquisition enterprises, examination of necessity of strategic use strategy. (example of construction industry)

ライフサイクルアセスメント：LCAの作業内容の概要と、インベントリ分析用環境負荷原単位を概説、インパクト分析の方法や、単一指標による比較検討事例を分析（建設業を例に）

Life cycle assessment: Outline of work contents of LCA and overview of environmental load intensity unit for inventory analysis, method of impact analysis, and analysis of comparative study case by single indicator. (example of construction industry)

環境価値評価法：許容値基準や目標との距離、保護対象の被害算定等各種統合評価手法を調査分析、環境負荷の貨幣価値換算手法の適用例をいくつか示し、問題点を分析（建設業を例に）
9. Tools related to environmental management 2:
Environmental Value Evaluation Law: Survey and analysis of various integrated evaluation methods such as tolerance standard and distance to target, damage estimation of protection target, show some examples of application of monetary value conversion method of environmental load, analyze the problems. (example of construction industry)

環境リスク評価法：リスク評価手法を概説し、評価事例や損失余命算出方法等を紹介して分析（建設業を例に）
Outline the risk assessment method, introduces evaluation cases, life expectancy calculation methods, etc. and analyzes (example of construction industry)

環境会計概説と環境コミュニケーション：環境経営に使う環境会計に関し、環境省や経済産業省によるガイドを概説、
環境ラベルとパフォーマンス規格：規格の必要性、規格の内容と対応事例を解説して分析、環境報告書等を分析し、その構成や取扱を事例研究するほか、マスコミの取り扱いを分析、
CSRと環境：歴史的展開と現状、国際的動向と日本経済界の対応、環境との関係を概説（建設業を中心に）
10. Tools related to environmental management 3:
Overview of environmental accounting and environmental communication: Outline the guide of Ministry of the Environment and Ministry of Economy, regarding to environmental accounting used for environmental management.
Environment Label and Performance Standards: Explain the necessity and contents of standards and analyze the corresponding case. Analyze environmental reports, etc., and conduct case studies of its composition and handling, and analyze the handling of mass media.
CSR and the environment: Outline of historical development and present situation, international trends and correspondence of the Japanese economic community, relations with the environment. (mainly in the construction industry)

省エネと新エネ活動の位置づけ、具体的方策、そして活動の効果を調査分析

Survey analysis on energy conservation and positioning of new energy activities, concrete policy, and effects of activities

企業活動より排出される産業廃棄物の処理状況と、企業のリスクについて概説

Global environmental issues are closing up and it is a critical requirement for activities in all fields. It is conceivable that the activities and work of all of you will have an impact on the creation of a sustainable society. In this lecture, I would like you to recognize the current situation of environmental issues, acquire the factor analysis and comprehension skills and to use it for specialized field.
