光量子エレクトロニクス特論（Advanced Quantum Electronics）[2209]

＜授業のねらい及び具体的な到達目標＞

光量子エレクトロニクス特論では、歴史背景を踏まえながら量子論の基礎を学ぶ。次に量子論を踏まえ、現在広く用いられているLEDやLDなどの量子効果を使った光デバイスの動作について理論的に考える。
In the class of “Advanced Quantum Electronics”, we will focus on the basics of quantum theory based on its historical background. We will then theoretically think about the operation of widely-used photonic devices using quantum effects at present, such as LED and LD, based on the quantum theory.

理解度を確認するためのレポート（５割）と、出席状況（５割）を総合して学習の達成度を評価する。
Evaluation will be carried out by the use of report (50%), which is for judging your understanding level, and your attendance (50%).
