☆機械工作特論（Advanced Machining）[1202]

＜授業のねらい及び具体的な到達目標＞

もの作りを通して、社会に出る準備としてのMOTを学習する。
加工の基礎力を一歩深めるために、高精度加工について精度・能率・コストの向上について学習する。　更に、もの作りの現場で行われている治具、工具の設計を行いび加工方法と製造コストの算出を行う。これらのことを発表をする。これにより機械技術者としての知識を習得する。
Through making things, make student to study MOT as ready to come out in society.
As the further step after learning the basic processing knowledge, advanced course will learn about improving the accuracy, efficiency and cost down for high-precision machining. In addition, learn to design the tools and perform the calculation of the fine processing method and manufacturing costs that has been done in the real world of making things. As a mechanical engineer, to achieve the following goals.

１．ガイダンス　母性原理と機械加工について概説する。
　２．工作機械の基本構造と仕組みについて解説する。
　３．工作機械と加工加工特性（熱変形、静・動剛性）について解説する。
　４．切削加工について解説する。
　５．研削加工について解説する。
　６．特殊加工について解説する。
　７．ダイヤモンド工具について解説する。
　８．もの作りにおける生産方法の最適化について解説する。
　９．精密部品の加工及び検査について解説する。
１０．発表課題の説明およびグループ分けを行う。
１１．各テーマについて追加説明を行う。
１２．テーマについて討論を行う。
１３．課題の発表会（１）

１５．NGグループの再発表

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

第13〜15回の講義で行う発表・討論(口頭試問)の内容を評価し、総合評価で100点満点中60点以上の成績を収めたものに単位を認める。

第14回、15回の講義で行う発表・討論(口頭試問)の内容を評価し、総合評価で100点満点中60点以上の成績を収めたものに単位を認める。

After completion, it is the hope that it will be getting fluttered large in society.
