Postgraduate Integrated Skills in English[0001]

＜授業のねらい及び具体的な達成目標＞

This course will utilize an integrated skills approach in order to improve the students' English skills. The main focus will be on speaking and listening tasks supported by reading activities to enhance the students' vocabulary. The different styles of writing: narrative, descriptive & expository will also feature in the course.

＜授業計画＞

The goal of this class is to improve your ability in English across the four skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening). To do this your participation in the class is essential. This means that you must be an active member of the class. You must concentrate fully on all the tasks in class. As you are learners of English you are expected to make mistakes, so do not worry about making mistakes. You should focus on practicing your English. If you do this, your English will improve.

There is no exam for this course, assessment will be based on student participation in the classroom.
