＜授業のねらい＞

This course is designed to continue to introduce students to pre-intermediate level Communicative English. Students will again work both individually and in groups giving presentations. Students will also develop their competence in general communicative English, critical thinking, and discussion skills. Students are expected to research, prepare for and contribute to weekly class discussions and complete all assigned tasks.

＜受講にあたっての前提条件＞

There are no pre-requisites, although completion of the first year English courses and the first semester course will help prepare students for this course.

＜具体的な到達目標＞

Students will practice all four skills in English and will further develop their skills in discussing topics in small groups, writing short reports, and giving presentations using Powerpoint.
