＜授業のねらい＞

The aim of this course is to improve students' reading and listening ability, including speed and comprehension. They will do so using the topics in the textbook as well as other supplementary materials.

To improve stsudents' reading and listening abilities.

＜授業計画及び準備学習＞

70 percentage of class work is reading, speaking and writing, 30 percentage listening.
The semester will cover seven chapters in the reading book, and listening practice using topics of interest to the students.

＜成績評価方法＞

40%:abilities (test results), 30%:attitude, and 30%:attendance
ATTENDANCE
Absents - Students will fail on the fourth absence.
Lates - After more than 15 minutes late, students will be marked absent. Three lates will be considered one absent.
