＜授業のねらい及び具体的な達成目標＞

This course is a tutorial class where students will be provided with a structured learning environment in which they can utilize the skills they are developing in Interactive English A, Reading Skills in English IA, and Basic Writing Skills in English A. The content of the course is at the discretion of the instructor.

＜授業計画及び準備学習＞

Each class period will cover sections in the "Ready to Write" textbook; including grammar,
sentence construction, paragraph writing basics, sample writing activities, and wrting about
student real live experiences. This will all be geared to short essay writing assignments and oral presentations. I will supply students with my own materials for presentation writing as they progress.

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

Presentation: 25%, Short-term paper: 25%, Class participatin 50%.
Attendance is the most important. Students will fail on the fourth absence.
