＜授業のねらい及び具体的な達成目標＞

Utilizing the skills learned in Critical Reading, the students will engage various mediums: written and non-written materials (movies, art, advertising, music, fashion, technology, political movements). The aim is to have the students develop their abilities to decipher and comment, from a critical point of view, on a wide range of topics.

＜授業計画及び準備学習＞

This is a seminar course where students will engage cultural texts by applying the theories they have been learning in other ECSP courses.

Grades are based on participation and course work.

No text is required in this course.

Shinjuku Campus: Wednesdays & Thursdays lunch time and by appointment.
