The purpose of this course is to improve students’ speaking and listening skills though 1) listening exercises, 2) task-based communication and 3) expression of ideas and opinions on a variety of topics.

5. Unit 6B: Ethnic food
6. Unit 7A: Vacations
7. Unit 7B: World travel; test prep
8. Unit 8A: Movies; test prep
9. Unit 8B; Books and magazines, test question check.
10. Review, unfinished work.

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

Grades will be based on attendance, participation and tests. Students will design and prepare tests based on material covered in class. For this reason, participation, test prep and practice are essential for a good grade.
