＜授業のねらい及び具体的な達成目標＞

The goal of this course is to help students’ build their general English knowledge. The primary focus will be on practising English oral communication as it applies to everyday real-life situations (introductions, shopping, travelling, giving and getting personal information, and the like).

＜授業計画＞

Students will work in pairs and in small groups to carry out short tasks in English and to practise various elements of the target language. More details will be given on the first day of classes.

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

Grading will be based on three main elements: 1) participation/attendance/attitude; 2) a series of regular quizzes/homework tasks; and 3) two end-of-term tests.
