＜授業のねらい及び具体的な達成目標＞

This course will develop the students' self-confidence in their ability to speak English in a variety of situations. Students will gain the ability to confidently communicate through spoken English.

＜授業計画＞

Student will learn the process of writing from brainstorming, outlining, first draft, and revision. Students will also review basic rules of punctuation and techniques of paragraph writing and storytelling. Students will work in small groups or with a partner in weekly exercises and discussions.

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

Class participation in group discussions and completion of homework and in-class assignments are very important. Students must also attend class regularly to pass this course. 20% Attendance 20% Participation 60% Homework and Tests
