英語で書かれた文章を題材に、精読、速読等英文読解力を強化し、かつ自分の理解、意見、解釈を英語で表現できるようになることを目指す。

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

前・後期末試験結果を50%、授業中に行う小テスト及び提出課題の結果を50%で計算し、総合評点60%以上を合格とする。
(注) 出席が2/3に満たない者は、成績にかかわらず不合格とする。
