<授業のねらい及び具体的な達成目標>
The aim of this course is to improve the students’ general knowledge and abilities to use English across the four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. While there will be some reading (primarily for modeling language patterns and for establishing the class’s general knowledge of a topic that will serve as discussion content) and writing (to reinforce grammatical formations and vocabulary), “Introduction to Communicative English II” will focus on developing the students’ oral/aural skills in the following areas: intercultural communication (critical thinking applied to cross-cultural communication), discussion of social issues, problem solving/working in English, forming a hodological map of the target language.

CALL教室で、英会話のCALL教材と、リーディング・リスニング教材を併せて使用する

<成績評価方法及び水準>
定期試験で80パーセント、小テスト・予習・発表などで20パーセントを基準として、総合的に評価する。
