＜授業のねらい及び具体的な達成目標＞

The main goal of this course will be to further develop fluency and accuracy of spoken English. Our study will focus on practicing English communication for everyday communicative situations as well as for short speeches and presentations.

＜授業計画＞

In the first term, we will cover chapters 1-6 in our text. Additionally, students will prepare and deliver short speeches as a term project. In the second term, we will cover chapters 6-12. The second term project will be short presentations in small groups.

＜成績評価方法及び水準＞

Evaluation will be based on the quality of performance during the compulsory speech and presentation projects as well as regular quizzes throughout the year and end of term tests. A minimum of 60% is required to pass this course.
